Blue orb: Weakens magic
Yellow orb: Protects against projectiles
Green orb: Can be used as a magical blast of a mix of plasma, acid, and fire.

Other abilities:
Higher speed and agility
Heightened reflexes
Teleportation

History and Plot Intergration:
The only one left of the great Tower City, Uproar came to this land one fateful night when he saved a couple people from a group of orcs that had a shard. From that day, Uproar swore that he would travel this land to find a way revive his city to what it once was.

Thats the best description I have of the character I wanted to get a pic for. Heh.
